The annual ARN Group and ATG New Year's Employee Conference was held on the afternoon of January 27, 2018 in Anqing Petrochemical Club. More than 1,700 employees of the group gathered together to welcome the Chinese New Year.

At the meeting, Chairman Pan Yixin delivered a warm New Year's speech. Chairman Pan said in his speech that in 2017, under a slowing macroeconomic background, the growth rate of the industry was lower than expected at the beginning of the year, and as the process of new energy vehicles accelerated, traditional automotive industry resources gathered in new energy, which aggravated the traditional Competition in the parts industry. Therefore, we must redouble our efforts every step forward. What is gratifying is that ARN Group has big and strong dreams, firm confidence, strives for progress and achieves gratifying results. Throughout the year, the Group achieved sales revenue of 8.019 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 1.24 billion yuan, and paid taxes of 632 million yuan. Sales revenue and paid taxes increased by 12.9% and 9.7% year-on-year respectively. As the core enterprise of the group, ATG Company, based on innovation and self-breaking, ensured the successful realization of various business indicators. Sales revenue was 1.101 billion yuan, profits and taxes were 507 million yuan, and taxes paid were 181 million yuan. Both sales revenue, profits and taxes were growing against the trend. The achievements were hard-won, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all employees for their hard work over the past year! In 2018, the situation of the automobile industry maintaining low-speed growth will not change, the market competition is still fierce, and the development situation of enterprises is still grim. Therefore, we still have to stand on the spot, tap potential and increase efficiency, with continuous improvement and innovation, adhere to the multiple advantages of management, technology, capital, brand, etc., protect market share, and achieve new growth. In order to ensure the achievement of various goals in 2018, we must do the following key tasks: First, strengthen safety and quality management and control risks. Second, strengthen procurement management and reduce procurement costs. 3. Strengthen sales management and expand sales of new products. The spring blossoms melt the ice and snow, and actively forge the time. Chairman Pan also said in his speech that with the convening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a new wave of technological revolution has swept through. For ARN Group, the transformation from a traditional internal combustion engine parts enterprise to a new energy and other comprehensive parts enterprise Development has already been implemented from the previous plan. At this critical historical node, we should carry forward the spirit of fighting for the day and night, face the challenges, meet the new opportunities, and strive to build ARN into an excellent enterprise with strong strength and able to overcome all difficulties.

Yuichi Yudano, general manager of ATG and Mr. Ren Yihui, chief financial officer of China and South Korea of FM, successively made new year speeches. At the meeting, Zhu Huashan, ATG's executive general manager, announced ATG's 2017 commendation decision. Awards were given in 2017 for advanced units, outstanding employees, technical experts, and outstanding newcomers.
